To ensure the highest standard of liveability benefits are not limited to green or sustainable design, our endeavour is to ensure all aspects of a healthy home are included, this includes consideration of window placement, to capture views, optimal and variable furnishability; individual ergonomic requirements to accomodate the physical differences of family members.

 

Specification of natural materials with neutral emissions, and non-toxic preservitives to reduce airborne toxins and subsequent allergies.

Consideration of acoustic function, with regard to minimisation of sound transfer, proper insulation and isolation of reticulated services, including plumbing and air conditioning for example. Also integration of noise absorbing baffles and features, to reduce reverberation and echoed sound, as well as creation of spaces specificly for first class audio visual and enjoyment.
